We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at AlumaPower Corporation. This is a full-time role based in Sarnia or Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working in a supply chain leadership role, with a focus on global supply chain strategy and management of procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. A Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain management, inventory control, manufacturing, or materials management is required.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, identifying and cultivating strategic vendor partnerships, overseeing international sourcing, managing purchasing oversight, leading inventory management, and optimizing logistics and distribution processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting key supply chain metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management, ensuring compliance with relevant international regulations and standards, and building and leading a high-performing supply chain team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about developing long-lasting relationships and has a strong knowledge of import/export compliance and documentation requirements.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
