- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including medication administration, vital signs, and progress notes.
- Education: Completion of a diploma or certificate program in practical nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care setting.
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
