Transformation Lead for Home Finance Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Homes Platform Team, working as a member of the Data & Pricing Lab at Lloyds Banking Group. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive transformation in the mortgage industry.
About the RoleThis position involves collaborating closely with the Quality Engineers and providing a joined-up approach to development and testing of solutions. The successful candidate will work on delivering software products and solutions, leveraging their technical expertise and experience in systems analysis, data, API design & development, and cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical development of innovative solutions that meet business needs, working across various systems, technologies, and data sources.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure compliance with bank parameters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality software products and solutions that enhance the customer and colleague experience.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A strong background in software engineering, with experience in delivering software products and solutions.
- Excellent technical skills, including systems analysis, data, API design & development, and cloud deployments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
