Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising maintenance work for assigned stores. This role ensures that all work is completed within company standards, in a timely and economical manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise preventative and corrective maintenance work for various properties (roofing, plumbing, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical, etc.) as well as various project work
- Coordinate and monitor tasks related to the proper maintenance of store equipment as well as general maintenance services (janitorial, waste removal, snow removal, landscaping, etc.)
- Complete various audits (Preventive Maintenance Visits (PMV), environmental, store, janitorial, energy, etc.)
- Evaluate after inspection, the appropriate corrective measures to be taken
- Ensure the respect of established standards, while completing all tasks in a timely and economical manner
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate prices and /or contents as needed
- Prepare work requisition and transmit same for appropriate approval
- Manage, analyze, periodic expense reports to ensure budget is respected
- Verify and approve all corrective work invoices for payment
- Respond to after hour calls and emergencies as required
