Physiotherapy Professional

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Arvan Rehab Group. The successful candidate will work closely with residents to develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on improving and maintaining their mobility and overall health.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and create treatment plans with measurable goals for retirement home care residents.
- Provide clinical physiotherapy treatments and educate residents and their families on healthcare management.
- Ensure proper documentation of treatments and progress reports for each resident.
- Communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team and supervise Physiotherapy Assistants and students.
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and Professional License Insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a Retirement home is an asset, as is ADP authorization.
- A current police check for the Vulnerable Sector is required.
