Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture that values excellent customer service.
  • Ensure efficient customer traffic flow at the front of the store.
  • Maintain the quality of the department's presentation to meet customer expectations.
  • Plan and manage daily/weekly departmental activities and objectives.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate team members in their departmental operations.
  • Manage team members' performance, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.
  • Provide assistance and backup to cashiers and customer service representatives.
  • Prepare work schedules that meet business needs while working within budget guidelines.
  • Assist with store opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts while ensuring customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Supervisory, leadership, and/or managerial experience or relevant experience.
  • Ability to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Approachable and able to handle physical demands, including standing and walking for 8 hours.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt, and cope with challenging situations.
