Job Title: Stores Person

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Person to join our team at Conair Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Stores Person will be responsible for managing the inventory of aircraft parts, tools, and materials in our hangars. This includes issuing and receiving parts, stocking inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue parts, tools, and materials to team members and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Stock goods in stores locations and AN hardware carts.
  • Ensure compliance with WHMIS regulations for hazardous materials.
  • Deliver and pick up goods and inventory between company hangars.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Become familiar with domestic and international shipping requirements.
  • Receive goods and verify quantity, quality, and paperwork.
  • Build kits for stock or work order allocation using Bill of Materials (B.O.M.).
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of aircraft parts, tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Basic knowledge of storekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Airside Vehicle Operator Permit (AVOP).
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and equipment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work shifts as needed.
  • Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain forklift operation certificate.
Education and Experience:
  • Completion of Grade 12.
  • Holder of a valid B.C. driver's license.
  • Previous experience working with aircraft parts preferred.
