About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at ALL STAY SUITES. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
