Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to provide high-quality, community-based physiotherapy services to children and their families. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of an inter-professional team to deliver patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ministry-funded, community-based physiotherapy services to clients in their place of residence
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers
  • Supervise and monitor physiotherapy assistants as needed
  • Provide education and support to clients and caregivers to promote optimal health and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care

Requirements:

  • Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Experience working in a community setting is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
