Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Nursing & Homemakers Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough dental assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with dentists to ensure seamless patient care and make informed decisions about treatment.
  • Supervise dental assistants in their health care functions, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Take dental impressions, apply fluoride treatment, and instruct patients on oral hygiene best practices.
  • Remove stains and deposits from teeth, take and develop X-rays, and mount them for review.
Requirements:
  • Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a physically demanding environment.
