Highspot, Inc. is pioneering the sales enablement category, revolutionizing the way companies boost sales productivity. We're seeking a seasoned Principal Frontend Web Engineer to spearhead our web platform team's technical direction and drive key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and facilitate strategic technology decisions for our web platform, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Contribute to critical architectural initiatives, guiding the adoption of new frameworks, eliminating technical debt, and refining our use of TypeScript.
  • Foster the growth and development of our frontend engineering team, providing training and workshops to ensure they're equipped to excel.
  • Regularly review and refine our frontend engineering interview processes to ensure they're effective and equitable.
  • Collaborate closely with our UX Platform team to ensure seamless integration of our component library (Polar UI) across web applications and properties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale web applications serving millions of users globally, with expertise in React and TypeScript.
  • Deep understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and the web platform, including performance, security, and accessibility concerns.
