About the Opportunity

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Wealth Management Associate to join our well-established team in Port Elgin. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client accounts, and working closely with our Investment Advisor team to deliver comprehensive wealth management services.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Investment Advisor team in managing client accounts, including the preparation of client reviews, presentations, meetings, and events.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client needs and administrative duties related to client accounts.
  • Work directly with clients and their advisors to request information and documentation to fulfill their needs.
  • Collaborate with an exceptional team of colleagues to deliver proactive and high-level client service and comprehensive wealth management services.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) (in process of obtaining) a plus.
