Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and draft KPIs to address business questions
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to understand business problems and design ETL systems based on requirements
- Prepare design, review, and sign-off related documentation, training, and support for users at different levels
- Translate detailed specifications into Informatica/IICS ETL process design
- Develop, test, and document ETL processes
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of overall ETL development experience in a large IT organization
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Powercenter and IICS/IDMC for at least 2+ years
- Solid knowledge and experience with SQL and relational platforms (Oracle or SQL Server)
- Experience working within a cross-functional agile team to provide client delivery
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and experience with project management tools such as BitBucket, Jira, etc.
Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
- Very good communication and client management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the proven ability to negotiate and influence others to obtain desired results
- Strong professional consulting skills
- Ability to speak in business terms, as well as effectively communicate both internally and externally
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an attractive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
