  • Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles, including checking fluid levels and replenishing as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of duty status and maintenance logs, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
  • Assist in the training and orientation of Environmental Services staff and students.
  • Collect and sort soiled linens, weighing and recording them for processing.
  • Operate laundry equipment as needed, ensuring all equipment is clean and operating efficiently.
  • Distribute laundry and linens as appropriate, restocking supplies in all areas as required.
  • Conduct daily tours of areas of responsibility, inspecting for cleanliness and prioritizing extra cleaning duties as needed.
  • Assist with inventory procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
