About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Goldbeck Recruiting. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and implementation of business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for major ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities.
  • Document existing business processes and design optimized processes based on industry best practices and technological innovations.
  • Design and implement system integrations, including workflow and process engineering to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence services to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with implemented technologies and processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive written documentation, including process flow diagrams, internal architecture documentation, system and user manuals, and documentation of modifications and upgrades.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive technology experience with at least five years of business analyst experience.
  • ERP or finance system experience required; SaaS implementation experience a plus.
  • Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment, with experience in all common server applications.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage X3, Microsoft Business Central, Aptean Ross ERP, Aptean EMF, PowerBI, and Qlik.
  • Strong understanding of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects independently.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, including managing relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an approachable style.
