Responsabilités
  • Réaliser des audits mensuels sur les portefeuilles acquis pour lesquels la facturation et le recouvrement sont effectués par nos partenaires.
  • Participer à l'audit des opérations de nos partenaires pour s'assurer d'un niveau de service et de conformité élevé et relever les risques pour la compagnie.
  • Réconcilier les différences, relevées lors des audits entre les données internes et les données des partenaires.
  • Dresser les rapports d'audit et présenter les résultats aux gestionnaires.
  • Effectuer le suivi de la réserve monétaire des portefeuilles et préparer le relâchement de réserves selon la performance des portefeuilles.
  • Coordonner et soutenir les différents intervenants internes et externes dans le cycle complet de la transaction (Ventes – Tarification - Crédit – Documentation – Comptabilisation – Service à la clientèle – Recouvrement).
  • Supporter la personne en charge de la réconciliation des éléments entrant dans les rapports à remettre aux investisseurs externes.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe des marchés des capitaux en ce qui a trait à la facturation et à la comptabilisation des opérations.
  • Préparer la documentation requise dans les délais prescrits afin de les procurer aux investisseurs (dossiers de crédit, contrats, analyses, etc.).
Compétences requises
  • Bilingue à l'oral et à l'écrit (anglais et français)
  • BAC en administration des affaires (préférablement en finance ou dans un autre domaine pertinent)
  • Excellentes compétences techniques et informatiques avancées de la suite Office (particulièrement Excel)
  • Bonne compréhension en matière de comptabilité et de finances
