Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and engage in conversations to alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens as needed
  • Shop for groceries and household essentials
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certification
  • Criminal record check
  • Reliable transportation or willingness to use public transportation
  • Availability to work 30-35 hours per week
  • College certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years or equivalent experience
