Job Summary

PDO Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Procurement
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services
    • Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
    • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
    • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms
    • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions
    • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
    • Provide customer service and support to internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate with suppliers and clients to resolve problems and issues
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with MS Project and MS Windows
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Flexibility and ability to multitask
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
