Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement plans for landscaping projects, including planting trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Team Management: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by conducting regular safety checks and enforcing company policies.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and attention to detail required.
  • Tools and Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and gloves required.
Work Environment

Work will be performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Language

English or French language skills required.

Work Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week.
