About the Role:
Sienna Senior Living is a leading provider of seniors' living residences in Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Partner to join our team and support our growth strategy in Alberta.

In this key role, you will provide expert guidance and support to enhance the quality of care across our Alberta homes, ensuring our commitment to resident-centered care and clinical excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Collaborating with senior leaders to ensure care meets and/or exceeds organizational and provincial health authority requirements.
  2. Influencing culture and change management through collaboration, building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Implementing staffing models that reflect evidence-based practices and enhance the quality of care and services for residents and team members.
  4. Leading community-wide improvement processes/projects as directed.
  5. Conducting quality assurance activities to determine effectiveness of services provided.
  6. Addressing specific clinical areas (e.g., falls, skin & wound, pain management) and facilitating improvement through a train-the-trainer model.
  7. Providing subject-matter expertise for the development of clinical policies and procedures based on current evidence.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  1. A Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the applicable provincial professional college.
  2. Post-Baccalaureate education in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
  3. Director of Care experience (preferably).
  4. Certificate of Gerontological Nursing (Canadian Nurses Association) (desired).
  5. Knowledge and understanding of provincial regulatory requirements and inspection processes.
  6. At least 3 years of related management and relevant experience in long-term care.
  7. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
  8. Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
