About the Opportunity

Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare is a healthcare organization committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are looking for a skilled Corporate Education Coordinator who can collaborate with our team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our healthcare professionals.

This is a full-time position working in one of our hospitals located in Bracebridge or Huntsville. The successful candidate will work closely with our education team to plan, coordinate, and deliver educational programs that support the learning and development of our healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative educational programs for healthcare professionals;
  • Coordinate learning opportunities, including scheduling, maintaining, and hosting MAHC General Orientation;
  • Communicate and coordinate with affiliated education institutions to obtain placement requests;
  • Process approved education tuition reimbursements;
  • Actively canvass and communicate with education institutions to inform corporate education planning;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Baccalaureate Degree in Education or relevant discipline;
  • Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years related experience providing program leadership in a healthcare setting, an asset;
  • Excellent computer skills utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs;
