Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience, promoting our Retail Excellence Program, and fostering genuine client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive results through delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Embrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff
  • Develop and expand customer base through relationship-building and community outreach
  • Partner with management team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
  • Implement and manage community outreach programs to maintain active social relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience at a high-end retailer
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results and grow business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and staff
  • Exceptional customer service skills and passion for sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
