Sekou Dosso Bintou Camara is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate family caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide top-notch care and support to children in the comfort of their own home.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. We are looking for someone with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household tasks in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting healthy development and behavior.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting socialization and entertainment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a safe and healthy environment.
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments, ensuring punctuality and safety.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Will train, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel and varying schedules. A non-smoking workplace is essential.
