We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the development of nursing practices and policies.

• Evaluate patient health status and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing research

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current registration with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
