About the Role

Homewood Health is seeking a skilled CBT Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to clients across New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused approaches to provide treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use-related concerns.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, monitoring client progress through our Measurement-Based Care platform.
  • Adhere to professional standards and best practices, engaging in clinical consultation with the clinical management team as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body, with the ability to deliver psychotherapy services in your province of practice.
  • 3 to 5 years of clinical counselling experience post-Master's degree.
  • Experience in trauma/PTSD counselling, including working with First Responder populations, is a strong asset.
  • Specialized training and/or experience working with First Responder populations is a strong asset.
  • Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by Homewood Health.
  • Proficiency in providing counselling services in either English or French is required.
  • Counselling proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
