We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Designer to join our team at ATS Life Sciences Systems. As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components for our clients in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements
  • Perform engineering calculations and analyze designs for compliance with applicable standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawings
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure design meets their needs
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design, with expertise in automation design
  • Strong knowledge of drafting principles, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical devices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
