We are seeking an experienced Intermediate BIM Technologist to join our dynamic modeling team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing completed building models and drawings using Revit software.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed building models and drawings using Revit software.
- Assume full responsibility and ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate WSP drawings with other project disciplines to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Support established BIM standards and modeling best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction and/or consulting services, with a strong background in Revit modeling.
- Experience with MicroStation and knowledge of Revit family editing and template creation.
- Strong awareness of interoperability of BIM modeling and design tools, including Dynamo scripting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivation and a commitment to technical excellence, with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
