About the Role:
The Baker's Helper is a key member of our bakery team, responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of our delicious baked goods. As a Baker's Helper, you will work closely with our experienced bakers to ensure that every item that leaves our bakery meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and decorating.
- Work closely with our bakers to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and rotating stock.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the bakery.
