Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Affinity Food Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service operations.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
