The Canadian Brewhouse is seeking a skilled Kitchen Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a high level of physical fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of physical fitness
