About GF Partnership

We are a dynamic construction company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Officer to join our team. As a Planning Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including inventory management and budgetary controls.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Business Development
    • Support business development efforts by assembling data and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
    • Ensure clear and concise communication of project updates and progress.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Identify and resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement solutions to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
