Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2522826 Ontario Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales data and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
