Requirements:

  2. Financial Knowledge: Strong knowledge of automotive finance, F&I products, and compliance requirements.
  3. Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS), with experience with Reynolds and First Canadian programs an asset.
