We are seeking a skilled Pump Technician to join our team at Lufkin Canada. As a Pump Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of bottom hole pumps, as well as other equipment related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Pump Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bottom hole pumps, including tear-down and inspection, air testing, and pump-out procedures.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with all quality and safety regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives, and participate in ongoing training and development.
- Education: High School GED or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Skills: Mechanical aptitude, ability to read and follow written instructions, and experience with overhead lifting equipment.
- Authorization: Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the country in which the position is located.
