Job Title: Small Engine Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Mechanic to join our team at Cummings Small Engine Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing small engines, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs and provide accurate quotes to customers
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts using hand tools and equipment
  • Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment
  • Advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in small engine repair
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Work Environment:
  • Noisy work environment
  • Dusty work environment
  • Odours present
Equipment and Machinery Experience:
  • Garden tractors
  • Gasoline-powered equipment
