Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Investment LP. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a nursing home setting.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Support residents with mobility and balance issues, including walking, standing, and transferring.
  • Administer medications and provide first aid as needed.
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents.
  • Transport residents to and from activities and appointments.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Nursing Aide Certificate.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
