About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Natt Enterprises Ltd. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heavy trucks and other diesel-powered equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Inspect Equipment: Use computerized and other testing equipment to detect faults and malfunctions in diesel-powered equipment.
  • Diagnose and Repair Faults: Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Adjust and Repair Equipment: Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts to ensure proper performance.
  • Test and Verify Repairs: Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy trucks and other diesel-powered equipment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: The role requires working in a physically demanding environment with frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: The role requires a high level of physical fitness and hand-eye coordination.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Accurate and Reliable: The ideal candidate will be accurate, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience and Education: A minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel mechanics and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate are required.
  • Language and Work Schedule: The role requires fluency in English and a 40-hour workweek.
