About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at ICB - I CARE BEST INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care by taking vital signs, serving meal trays, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by making beds, restocking supplies, and performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Support patients' exercise routines and provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patients receive high-quality care and services.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required.
