About the Role:

JnB Homecare Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the client's needs

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Behaviour management Certification
  • Mandt System training
  • Understanding and managing aggressive behaviour (UMAB) course
  • CPR Certificate
