Job Requirements

Kelly is seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process and utility systems design and implementation, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design activities to produce information, specifications, and documentation for process and utility systems.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement assigned projects, working within company-specific project methodology.
  • Interact with all disciplines to minimize disconnects and errors in the design.
  • Responsible for all design tasks on the project from initial conception through contract issue, construction, and startup.

Requirements
  • Proficient in Microstation, Intools, Bluebeam, Adobe, or equivalent.
  • Work with vendors to identify and procure technology.
  • Experience in control valve sizing and instrument sizing/selection.
  • Actively participate in the plant EH&S program.
  • Professional Engineer registered with APEGA or Engineering Technologist registered with ASET as C.E.T., P.Tech eng., or CET.
