About the Role

Entrust Limited is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Service Operational Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cloud operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence in our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and templates for cloud service standard operating procedures based on cloud best practices, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure operational processes comply with cloud best practices, corporate policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, focusing on operational, technical, and process gaps.
  • Conduct regular audits of operational processes to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and enforce policies that align with compliance requirements, including data handling, security measures, and user privacy.
  • Provide training to staff on compliance matters to ensure they understand the importance and are equipped to maintain standards.
  • Establish protocols for responding to service impacts, including investigation and remediation processes.
  • Ensure services are monitored and reported against best practices for uptime and service level agreements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or other relevant education.
  • 10+ years of experience leading and operating complex multi-tier applications based on micro-service architecture.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of operational processes, automation, SRE, and underlying technology for mission-critical customer-facing cloud and hybrid applications.
  • Proven ability for process engineering, documentation, operational risk determination, and operational process audit and score carding.
  • Team player with strong ability to influence and mentor a diverse set of professional colleagues and leaders.
