About this role:

At Smooth Concrete Services LTD, we are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on our concrete projects. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in meeting our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement using specialized techniques and tools.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve a smooth finish.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure durability.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to meet our quality standards.

Work Environment and Requirements:

  • Must be physically demanding and able to work in a dusty environment.
  • Will be working on various sites, including commercial and residential locations.
  • Requires efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work as a team player.
  • Must have a steel-toed safety boot and follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
