We're seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology innovation group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps and areas for improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting and implementing effective quality assurance strategies within the AWS environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of current software development processes to identify quality gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in testing both backend and frontend systems, utilizing advanced technical skills to identify and resolve complex quality challenges.
  • Architect and implement effective quality assurance strategies within the AWS environment.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes in AWS-based workflows.
  • Optimize and enhance existing CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated testing.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to streamline the testing and deployment processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Quality Engineering Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and experience in architecting QA solutions within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Strong experience in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements in software development processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
