Aesthetic Director

Laser Clinics Canada, a renowned leader in the confidence industry since 2008, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Director to spearhead clinical excellence at our Scarborough Town Centre clinic.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

As the Aesthetic Director, you will lead our team of Medical Aesthetics professionals in delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing smooth day-to-day clinic operations
• Managing staffing needs for optimal coverage
• Collaborating with colleagues to drive business growth
• Providing guidance on medical aesthetic practices

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Canadian Medical Aesthetics diploma or certificate
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with Laser Clinics Canada's policies and procedures
