What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$200,000.00/yr, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:Minimum 1 year of franchise experience, particularly in the recruitment of franchisees, interviewing, and training franchisees

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsFamiliarity with the Canadian market and regulatory environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment

This is a full-time opportunity, with the option to work remotely until our office is established in your province/state. You will be required to attend franchise shows and conventions to promote our brand and process qualified leads.
