Renovation Specialist

At Northview, we're seeking a skilled Renovator to join our Residential team in Grande Prairie, AB. As a critical member of our maintenance team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our properties remain in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install flooring, window assemblies, and perform minor plumbing repairs and renovations.
  • Replace switches, light fixtures, and sockets, as well as patch drywall and paint walls and trim.
  • Carpentry work, including cutting and installing baseboards, hanging doors, and minor kitchen cabinet repairs.
  • Load and unload materials, remove debris, and maintain a clean environment.
  • Perform other duties related to building upkeep and renovation as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in home and building renovations.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with good time management and experience working with renovation tools in a safe manner.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in changing weather conditions, and be in good physical shape.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide a criminal background check free of relevant convictions.
