Eataly North America is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional guest service across our various Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) counters, serving gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis, and other Italian treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service across all QSR counters
  • Prepare food assignments neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Set up stations and replenish displays neatly, including separation of allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.)
  • Ensure all items are dated and follow First in First Out (FIFO) standards
  • Prepare necessary collateral, weigh, label, package, and serve products
  • Comply with department policies and quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Operate a cash register and ensure accuracy of cash drops and authenticity of bills
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements
  • Outstanding communication and guest service skills
  • Previous experience operating a cash register preferred
  • Prior food service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Working Conditions
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
  • Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machines, drink blenders, juicers, and cash registers
