About This Role:

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a career in manufacturing. As a Manufacturing Operator I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of job duties while maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment for one production process, including Glatt fluid bed processor, Granulation, Blending, Compression, Coating, Imprinting, Banding, and Encapsulation.
  • Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and set up as required.
  • Troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to maintain production specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards during the manufacturing process.
  • Complete manufacturing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain compliance at all times with appropriate SOP's and cGMP's.

Requirements:

A minimum of High School/Trade School/Vocational School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Forklift or other related equipment certification is preferred. Basic Troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of cGMP and other pharmaceutical regulatory requirements are essential.
