About the Company

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our business practice group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling commercial real estate and corporate transactions with expertise in leasing, purchasing, and selling commercial and industrial properties.
  • Reviewing title commitments and surveys, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial purchase agreements and leases.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex real estate transactions involving multi-million dollar commercial properties.
  • Experience with various types of commercial leases, including office, retail, and manufacturing space, as well as ground leases and subleases.
Requirements:
  • A current Virginia Law License in good standing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically in leasing, purchasing, and selling commercial and industrial properties.
  • Prior experience as lender's counsel in real estate financing transactions is advantageous.
