Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technical Adviser to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our Financial Markets Business Strategy group, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to the sector by participating in the end-to-end process of updating Financial Markets personnel files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update Personnel Files: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of personnel files in our internal system, including hirings, departures, transfers, and promotions.
  • Master Financial Markets Employment Contracts: Develop in-depth knowledge of Financial Markets employment contracts and contribute to the drafting of offer letters.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the campus recruitment team as needed.
Prerequisites
  • Education and Experience: Professional College Diploma (DEC) and at least 4 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets: Knowledge of Capital Markets is considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism is an asset.
